About Us
Established in 2017, Tardigrade Group began as a consulting enterprise specialising in the financial services sector. Our initial accomplishments were rooted in our core company principles which are based around ‘truly partnering with our clients’.
In all of our engagements, we value the importance of both parties choosing each other and being aligned our values of trust and responsibility as well as our visions and objectives. This went beyond what businesses experienced from previous engagements with external consultants leading to strong retention with clients from a range of backgrounds.
Observing the growth of our industry connections, we recognised an opportunity to expand into recruitment and staffing, initially concentrating on senior appointments. As our client relationships evolved, we strategically augmented our team with specialised recruitment consultants possessing profound technical expertise and extensive networks.
Our mission revolves around continuous self-improvement, prioritising client contentment, and fostering meaningful community contributions. We have launched numerous initiatives, with additional ones in development, aimed at advancing sustainability in mental health, employee well-being, and broader environmental and societal matters.
